之前喺觀塘嘅工廈食過古今二,覺得性價比勁高,原來佢而家都已經做到有聲有色,慢慢地開咗好多分店,今日就去到尖沙咀The One嘅分店再次回味,入面嘅環境都靚咗好多。最鍾意食沙律做前菜,呢個名為柚想蝦你沙律係有柚子同甜蝦,而且仲包括蟹籽、豆腐、沙律菜等,味道清新又鮮甜。彩虹卷係必點嘅菜式,非常打卡able。三款唔同顏色嘅刺身再以沙律生菜作伴,猶如一幅風景畫。彩虹卷入面卷有牛油果同蟹柳,感覺幾清新。另外就揀咗超級龍捲風,上面灑滿咗脆片。兩端仲露出炸蝦尾。而入面除咗有炸蝦,仲有鰻魚同芝士,呢個就比較惹味得多。另外仲叫咗雜錦天婦羅,除咗有炸蝦之外,仲有秋葵同迷你紫薯。三款之中我覺得秋葵最驚喜,以天婦羅製作嘅秋葵冇咗滑潺潺嘅感覺,變得最好食嘅一款。我最鍾意食茄子,而朋友就鍾意食櫻花蝦,呢個櫻花蝦燒茄子對我哋來講簡直係完美嘅組合。一絲絲嘅茄子肉掛住香烤過嘅櫻花蝦,味道實在令人回味。最後食個日式炒烏冬,配料唔多,但好味嘅日式醬汁混入彈牙嘅烏冬就已經足夠,確係簡單而好味嘅菜式。
