To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開灣仔，所以就試咗呢一間茶室，我已經book mark咗好耐，終於可以一試☺️入到去行嗰條樓梯已經覺得好有特色👍🏻牆上面嘅圖案亦都好有心思🩷好有中國文化嘅味道，值得一讚👍🏻我哋兩個最後冇叫個聖誕特餐，因為驚太飽，所以我哋散叫。職員態度亦好好，無覺得我哋睇餐牌睇咁耐，仲有介紹吓d 食物，比個讚👍🏻然後我哋叫咗個職員推介嘅蝦多士，叫咗個叉燒拉麵，然後每人嗌咗壺茶🫖同埋最後嗌埋呢個超級邪惡嘅西多士甜品。個西多士甜品真係超級好食，雖然好肥，但係真係值得一試。另外叉燒嗰個拉麵個叉燒做得好好，呢個係比我出乎意料之外的😋個蝦多士食落唔會覺得好油膩，多士亦十分鬆脆，唔係度度蝦多士都好食，呢個真係要試！另外嗰兩壺茶，一個係柑橘，一個係薑蜜，咁我哋就享受靜靜地享受咗一個好悠閒又好舒適嘅夜晚。唯獨廁所有d 遠，經過幾扇門先到，但好在都乾淨！
