To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於荃灣地鐵上蓋，地點方便，不過好多人，要早少少去排隊。環境算ok，隨心試一吓日式燒肉的不錯選擇。“一人燒肉”店以為係一人一爐，原來太多數都係兩人一爐，見啲爐都冇特別會清洗，相信係每日收工後先會大洗一轉，呢方面有待改善。燒肉選料尚算新鮮，肉質同口感唔錯，佢哋自家調制嘅醬料，都幾好味。除咗燒肉，餐廳亦有壽司同刺身不同套餐，下次都可以試吓。整體來講，價格唔算貴，唔想屋企攪太多嘢，唔打算坐得耐，快食快閃，仍然值得烤肉愛好者一試。
