To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豬手黎到個陣好吸引,賣相好有睇頭,用先焗後炸的方式,將外皮變得香脆,見到皮層脆卜卜,食落肉質幼滑,雖然外表看來略為乾身,但入口就肉汁豐盈。完全好大對比,十分香口呀!

總括來說, 咖喱法包軟殼蟹、鮮魷筒釀糯米飯和泰脆豬手也很香濃, 美中不足是咖喱法包軟殼蟹不夠辣, 連不算能嗜辣的友人也說近乎吃不到辣味來. 辣度可以大膽增加一點幾款配料新鮮有水準, 芒果沙冰也很有驚喜,作為聚會的選擇很不錯,坐得舒適,上菜速度亦快,服務效率明快,可以再來!
