To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過呢間蟹仙其他分店 今次就去左九龍城食 九龍城唔一定要食泰國菜㗎尊貴海鮮套餐有十款新鮮海鮮1. 赤蝦:佢雖然係刺身蝦 但都可以用嚟蒸 口感係偏淋好甜2. 台灣九孔鮑魚:鮑魚彈牙3. 韓國釜山珍珠蠔:海水味比較重同埋偏鹹 4. 元貝:好大粒啊 就咁食都好味 5. 紐西蘭刀貝:我最鍾意嘅一款貝類 鮮味濃 食埋佢個汁不得了6. 青口:雖然細粒但個味好濃7. 澳洲龍蝦:好大隻 龍蝦肉爽口8. 饅頭蟹:佢係一款深海蟹 個身好細 每年幾個月當造 肉就比較少9. 野生奄仔蟹:蟹膏食落好似咸蛋黃咁 仲有好多肉要慢慢拆肉10. 蔬菜籃11. 粥底:用左粟米 芋頭 排骨嚟煮嘅粥底 吸哂海鮮嘅汁 我地仲將赤蝦個蝦頭擺埋落去煲 每人食咗三碗好飽 最尾仲有椰汁雪燕甜品送呀
