今天跟媽咪細妹來吃荃灣的omakase,lunch十貫壽司$480/位。先上長腳蟹肉蒸蛋,賣相精緻,蟹肉鮮甜,蛋夠曬嫩滑,一讚。最喜歡的是鹽味帆立貝,新鮮帆立貝會慢慢收縮,第一次見,吃下去口感很好。海膽壽司也要十分鮮甜,上面放了兩層海膽,鮮味加倍。師傅教我地當飲酒這樣吃,整塊壽司放進嘴裡,食材就不會掉下來。其實件件壽司都好好吃,完全沒有雪藏的感覺,而飯的酸甜度剛剛好。師傅講解清楚,服務員也非常細心,被安排在房間裡,只服務5/6位客人,坐得十分舒服。
