To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去唔到旅行都要食餐好嘅

前幾日同朋友食飯，心郁郁其實一直好想去新加坡，但去唔到咁就唯有食下新加坡嘅菜式。呢一度好近我返工附近，地鐵站行過嚟都只係需要兩三分鐘好近。我由於嗰日太早去，所以六點幾嘅時候餐廳嘅人唔算好多。餐牌嘅選擇好多，而且好多菜式我都未見過。首先我哋嗌左呢一個沙嗲豆腐。晒呢度嘅晒啲食落去有少少花生醬嘅味道咁好特別，我個人都幾鍾意。而佢一碟豆腐嘅份量都好多。之後我哋嗌左一碟串燒，有牛同埋雞。我同朋友都覺得好好食，佢啲肉質好嫩滑，唔會煮得過熟。嗰日我哋仲嗌咗啲白蘿蔔糕，同埋海南雞。其實兩個人食我哋都好飽。因為真係眼闊肚窄，哈哈
