Restaurant: Choi Fook Royal Banquet (Auto Plaza)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前排我知彩福皇宴做緊加拿大龍蝦每斤$78,但我唔知算唔算抵,不過我係好鍾意食龍蝦,所老婆幫我BOOK左尖東D間知佢係岩岩新開,我地去到尖東D間宴會廳比較大,座位又寬闊,而且樓面有位同事招呼得好好,好有禮貌,換碟加水,幫我哋po埋餐巾。我哋見枱枱都有叫龍蝦,仲好大碟添,之後我同老婆叫左兩隻。【上湯開邊焗龍蝦】沒有加伊麵底:今晚主角出場,初頭遠處見到有碟龍蝦咁大碟唔知邊個叫,我地仲《嘩嘩聲》好大碟同好多呀,點知原來係我地果兩隻,一上到來又排食喇,啖啖肉的那種龍蝦,用上湯焗後鮮甜味十足之餘又爽口彈牙,我地都吃得津津有味,最後龍蝦兩隻加埋都$160左右,超低。【櫻花蝦蒜子濃湯泡莧菜】:而櫻花蝦有預先爆香散在嫩口莧菜上, 湯底亦很鮮甜,我地最喜歡。【鮮蝦荷葉飯】:材料豐盛,有燒鴨,鮮蝦,蝦肉爽口彈牙,雞肉,飯粒充滿荷葉香味,而且份量十足。短時間之內再約朋友再食餐勁既。
