To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿林💬:今年生日仍處於禁晚市期間,與上年一樣,來到ICC,不過今次「更上一層樓」,到了102樓。整個體驗由選olive oil來搭sourdough開始,視乎口味濃淡有五款選擇。午餐四道菜 ($988),正式上菜前,先來amuse-bouche,蘿蔔蓉下埋藏了caramelized onion,清甜之餘帶有松子柔和的果仁香。前菜選了Burrata Cheese,配意大利蕃茄。賣相討好,蕃茄甜度絕佳,Burrata飽滿creamy,用料新鮮。接著是Sea Urchin Risotto (+$120),光吃飯就已感受到濃厚的海味,配上北海道海膽錦上添花。飯al dente,乾濕程度剛好,值得一試。主菜是Kiwami Wagyu Sirloin (+$268),對得起M5和牛的級數,pepper sauce風味平衡。我對旁邊那堆鮮黑松露無感,不過松露薯蓉滿好吃,buttery卻帶點nutty,有著一股特別的香氣。甜品是Tiramisu配Coffee Granita,一甜一苦的配合。Tiramisu酒氣恰到好處,mascarpone cream輕盈。以前從不覺得tiramisu要有咬口,但這中

甜品是Tiramisu配Coffee Granita,一甜一苦的配合。Tiramisu酒氣恰到好處,mascarpone cream輕盈。以前從不覺得tiramisu要有咬口,但這中間加了crunchy餅乾,立刻覺得提升了層次。最後以還過得去的petit fours作結。

點了一杯Sparkling Jasmine Tea ($130),初嚐味道像白葡萄,甜味湧出,後勁漸有茉莉香,挺不錯。看了瓶身知道牌子叫Saicho,Google後才發現是香港品牌。雖然我不嗜有汽飲料,但也有興趣在下次喜慶日子買來喝喝。

始終是生日飯,總有些懶特別的驚喜。待應捧來一個石碗,著我敲碎上層的朱古力。還以為會有什麼,就只有乾冰和一張卡。
