上次去The One食鐵板燒,已經留意到佢同層嘅另一間西餐廳,原來係同一集團,相信質素都有返咁上下保證,於是就同男友喺上星期五試埋佢嘅西餐廳,當預先慶祝男友生日😛 餐廳環境優雅,仲可以行出去露台飲嘢,即刻變咗rooftop bar,個view仲相當正🤩我同男友都鍾意食生蠔,見佢做緊推廣,嗌滿四隻就送house wine一杯,我哋都唔執輸🤣 上嚟嘅係我哋平時都鍾意食嘅法國Gillerdeau,每隻蠔都夠大夠飽滿,海水味亦好濃郁,滿足!我哋見佢而家做緊Testing Menu,性價比都唔錯,我哋嗌咗個四個course嘅餐($888)一齊share!餐包俾咗三款唔同種類嘅包我哋,每款上到嚟都超級熱辣辣,佢嘅熱度可以即刻溶解到硬硬哋牛油,令到牛油味超出,溫度配搭得啱啱好😌Appetizer我哋嗌咗燒中拖刺身,炙燒過嘅中拖口感軟嫩,外皮帶焦焦哋嘅香味,而且油脂幾出,overall幾唔錯,再配埋面頭嘅黑魚子醬,口感層次豐富!簡單咁用上北海道帶子、蒜片同橄欖油製成嘅帶子扁意粉,色香味都俱全,帶子夠厚肉,雖然外面煎到好香,但裡面仍然好鮮嫩😋 意粉蒜味夠,如果橄欖油再落多啲就更好,會冇咁乾🙌🏻呢個A4和

呢道甜品都幾特別,係用清酒整嘅慕絲,食落有淡淡酒香,但又唔會太濃郁,我幾鍾意!配埋啲生果同埋好有創意嘅薄荷啫喱,呢道請到甜品都好清新,亦好有創意☺️
