因為有啲排住bb,所以好快又黎多次(其實兩篇前又係我寫,詳盡啲),但今次我真係有少少失望,今次味道真係無咁好食下午一點到到bb ramen豚王式紙仔外加紫菜($10),將紫菜撕成一塊塊浸湯,紫菜吸收湯既精華,正正正bb ramen@大坑赤骨(6.5/10)($88)foodki覺得味道比起上次有差距,湯底變淡,豚骨味變得唔太明顯,同行友人食"豚骨"都覺得湯底過淡,foodki亦試左啖"豚骨"湯底,的確比上次淡左唔少。foodki認為bb ramen要保持水準,湯底既濃度差距唔應該有咁大(我地係選普通,上次foodki食都係普通)。除左湯底外,麵質比起上次都同樣有過軟既問題,上次foodki係叫硬,今次係叫超硬,但麵質都係唔夠硬,一間好既拉麵店,麵質絕對要硬,因為如果麵唔夠硬,麵浸係湯底就好容易變得太軟,bb ramen真係要解決呢個問題。湯底除左較淡之外,辣湯非常唔錯,加上辣肉球,令湯底層次增加唔少叉燒比上次少左碎叉燒,我認為BB 既碎叉燒非常好味,可惜今次又唔知點解無左,扣分。日本 みつ葉今次foodki去完日本番黎(可參考同名ig)食左呢碗日本top 10既拉麵,真係好好味,foo

日本 みつ葉
今次foodki去完日本番黎(可參考同名ig)食左呢碗日本top 10既拉麵,真係好好味,foodki都比左10分佢。番到黎香港,拉麵癮仲係到,就去左食bb ramen,點知水準同日本比真係有一個大既差距,麵質唔夠硬,湯底唔夠濃,真係失望
