To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晏晝食完泰國菜,唔係好餓,見到有刺身壽司店,岩晒入到去發現,原來除左外賣之外,仲有堂食呢~店員帶左我地去二樓坐日本直送中拖羅$68粉紅色嘅中拖羅,油脂分佈平均,魚油甘香入口即化,亦係我最鐘意嘅吞拿魚部分燒三文魚頭鮫$48多數人鐘意食三文魚身,我反而鐘意食魚頭,燒過嘅魚頭皮咸咸香香好脆,魚油都迫晒出黎,特別係果塊面頰肉又嫩又滑三文魚籽軍艦$15朋友的最愛~魚籽粒粒晶瑩剔透自選丼飯$130 加拿大海膽、蔥吞拿魚腩、珍寶帶子丼飯嘅刺身每款2份起~本身想揀北海道海膽但無晒,改要左加拿大海膽,比北海道海膽大塊同厚身,海水味較重,價錢比較經濟;蔥吞拿魚腩,食吞拿魚蓉最怕食落成口筋,呢個好在無咩筋,不過我係蔥怪,如果再多d蔥就更好;珍寶帶子,非常大片同厚身,好鮮甜!個碗好深,飯嘅份量都好多,食唔晒記得叫少飯唔好浪費
