To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 椒鹽九肚魚嗰槳唔脆,舊魚又得細細嚿;黑醋骨完全不知所謂,舊骨都唔知炸咗幾耐,肉質又有少少霉,就咁撈埋啲汁就上,個炸粉已經冧晒一pat pat,仲差過兩餸飯,碟菜心正常,黑椒薯仔牛柳粒同福建炒飯,味道普通,但價錢貴,份量少,全餐完全物非所值,冇下次。以前深水埗好好食,真係冇諗過會咁差,唔知啲好評點解有咁多,全餐就係伏伏伏,如果收得呢個價錢,應該大把更加好嘅選擇。唔怪得知星期日晚7:00去食仲有咁多位。
