未到晚飯時間,又想飲杯咖啡食少少野,就隨便揀左間餐廳坐底。 由於係星期日,所以晚市前都只有A La Carte,其實每樣野都唔平,但既然都坐底左,一次半次都冇所謂啦,照叫左杯玫瑰泡沫咖啡,一份海鮮釀牛油果沙律,同一份香煎阿拉斯加比目魚。 咖啡首先上檯,哇個賣相真係好醜,灑滿晒朱古力粉同玫瑰乾花,真係毫無美憑可言,又飲到成口都係乾花瓣😒玫瑰香氣都係來自玫瑰糖漿,唔明灑到咁個意義係邊度,搞到口感勁差 跟住比目魚上檯,魚上面有一大塊牛油,底下配菜係紅甜椒,青瓜同黃瓜,呢碟野由件魚到d配菜都完全係冇味道,好似唔記得調味咁,d青瓜仲有苦味,食材又唔新鮮,賣到$295俾咁既質素,咁既價錢出面好多餐廳已經食到不錯既牛扒添啦!真係茶記都整得好食過你最後牛油果海鮮沙律,擺盤就真係0分,擺到食淨既菜咁,海鮮沙律,牛油果同底下果d茄醬,成個組合勁怪,d海鮮沙律又係冇味,成碟野係凍到冰,唔係冷盤沙律咁簡單連埋加一咁就成6百蚊,食完得後悔同憤怒,咁既質素係而家咁既餐飲業環境下仲想生存落去?
