To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 就快又到萬聖節,相信大家都同意海洋公園的萬聖節活動是最貼題同好玩,真係夠癲同嚇餐死,但又令人欲罷不能。早前生日入過去一次(因為免費嘛),見已經初具規模。近日同朋友再走了一轉,有部分大型場景已佈置好。在園中已經有“黑白無常”在園中穿梭往來,跟園遊客互動。又有小型攤位遊戲,送上貼紙、糖果及園中優惠券,而幾大場景區亦已經蠢蠢欲動,氣氛滿滿。晚上就選來了Ginger Grill食泰國菜。說到底,餐廳價格以主題公園而言是合理的。餐前先來一杯甜美芳香的“翻天覆地”,賣相又幾攪鬼。其實泰式沙律真係好啱心意,尤其是加入了新鮮柚子肉,令口感不會太乾身,這個泰式柚子沙律($108)仲要加上了車厘茄,不錯。泰國菜當然有串燒,雞與豬各三串($138),烤得啱啱好,邊位沒太多焦香,肉質亦不覺乾及嚡口,沙嗲醬亦顧及大眾口味,沒有辣度,但個人覺得有少少辣會更加刺激味蕾。至於香煎三文魚扒($248)真係好大塊,而且明刀明槍,毫無花巧,兩邊煎至微微焦香,但中間肉質呈艷麗色彩,質地粉嫩,好有slow cook的感覺。泰菜中有好多款湯都啱我,這個炭燒大蝦酸辣湯($138),有兩隻偌大的虎蝦,最欣賞是背位預先割開,並把蝦腸取

泰菜中有好多款湯都啱我,這個炭燒大蝦酸辣湯($138),有兩隻偌大的虎蝦,最欣賞是背位預先割開,並把蝦腸取出,蝦味可以滲入湯裡,講真,個湯似乎仲吸引。

炭燒東龍鯛配泰式汁($248)是近日大熱菜色,原條環保海鮮烤至魚皮焦香,食之前澆上新鮮檸檬汁,配以羅望子汁及薄荷汁,滋味滿分。

其實餐廳又不算貴,六點後入場仲有免費泊車,如果係市區,等位都有排,一陣想偷雞泊,隨時食牛肉乾,仲得不償失,就算搭地鐵入去,係金鐘都係一個站,仲快過出旺角
