To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約咗朋友食飯,佢鍾意食中菜,所以同佢一齊去富臨食野,最後係又食又買😂每次去酒樓都覺得好熱鬧,細個同屋企人飲茶既回憶返哂嚟。今次冇食一盅兩件,揀咗食黑松露炸子雞同埋芝士珍寶蟹配烏冬。黑松露炸子雞一上碟已經聞到陣陣黑松露味,隻雞炸到皮脆肉嫩,即使係雞胸肉都唔會嚡口。未蘸醬油嚟食,入口好香黑松露味,但又唔會喧賓奪主,搶去炸子雞既味道。配上特製醬油就增添一份甜味,食落又係另一種風味。我地一見到芝士珍寶蟹配烏冬嘩咗一聲,冇諗到隻蟹咁有份量😂 最貼心既係我地輕輕咬蟹殼已經食到蟹肉,唔需要再用d工具。另外d芝士完全遮蓋咗隻蟹同烏冬,身為芝士控既我表示好滿意😌屋企年年都會買傳統月餅,加上富臨月餅係香港製造既,所以食完野順道買咗一盒雙黃白蓮蓉嚟應節,返到屋企同屋企人開心share~
