To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

而家周圍都係cafe，但專賣麵嘅cafe就冇見過喺熙來攘往嘅旺角，呢間嘅霓虹燈門面更令人難忘呢間唔係一般嘅米線舖，而係有唔同麵揀嘅麵店，同日式拉麵一樣有得揀份量同硬度，當中最推介係扁拉麵，好索汁鐵三角好啱海鮮控食，有大大隻蝦、青口、蟹柳同蠔但湯底唔會好鹹，反而係一種清甜嘅鮮味胃民就想進補，揀咗好鬼補嘅麵，有幾補？未放入口，已經聞到湯底勁香菇味原來裡面有大大片冬菇，仲有雞肉、魚肚同花膠，真係物超所值跟餐嗌小食會平啲，炸蛋大胃想食好耐，仲要係素肉嘅，真係要試吓！可能因為係素肉，食落冇咁膩，同流心蛋更加夾黃金蠔都好得，外皮炸得好爽脆，完全冇濕嗒嗒，而且好有鹹蛋香，裡面嘅蠔肉依然鮮嫩呢間cafe主打高海拔咖啡豆，就算夜一夜都想試吓。仲諗住黑糖泡泡一定會好甜，但出奇地幽幽的甜，黑糖同咖啡仍然好match搖呀搖烘焙都好特別，厚奶泡上滲上些少岩鹽，要燒一燒，更能吊出咖啡香
