去了幾間在偏僻地區的鮨店,今天終於來到一間比較正常地區的鮨店了。銅鑼灣是我的專屬搵食地區,拉麵,韓燒,和食,西餐,甜品包羅萬有,而且質素都是上等的。今天就來了鉄人旨花,算是比較便宜的一家鮨店試試師傅的手勢。位處謝婓道的這家鮨店並不難找,只不過特意來這邊的話,大概都會去了對面街的一蘭了吧!鉄人旨花有分師傅發辦跟鐵板專櫃,換句話就是壽司師傅發辦式者鐵板師傅發辦都有啦!最令我注意的是他們的房間中有些有拖鞋提供,需跪著坐的,對我這等老人家的膝蓋實在是一大折磨。 料理長推介(我選了蕊,868那一個套餐)還以為是吃的東西, 原來只是刺身擺盤啊!醋漬番茄,煮茄子,南瓜 - 醋漬番茄比較酸,開胃良品,其餘兩款均比較忠於原味。石鰈刺身 - 魚身滑溜但味道清淡,是入門級的刺身。島池刺身 - 即縞鯵,肉味跟脂香較濃,開始進入正題,不過酸啫喱的味道不多,只有擺盤的作用。北寄貝刺身 - 爽口彈牙,獨有的貝類鮮甜。要說的話就像象拔蚌的味道,不過少了點蚌的腥味。醋青 - 魚香較濃,混和甜酸的醋和蔥很易入口。選在刺身的末段是不錯的選擇,因為醋青的味道甚濃,舌頭在此後應當休息一下。燒帶子 - 燒得外焦內軟,加上薄脆新

話說江師傅十分好客也十分右善,一邊介紹一邊跟我寒暄食物名稱,來源,還有工作的辛酸。除了享受美食,細心的服務之外,友善的師傅也是舒適的一餐的必要原素啊!
