To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早在社交平台素食青年 group 認識這餐廳（逢星期二、三晚上提供素食半自助餐），一直有興趣試但未行動，始終工作與居住地區非在港島，考慮到翌日早上一早返工，還是在猶豫。最近在社交平台見店家推出各種優惠，很多餐也是第一位正價，第二位半價（需在官網預訂及預付訂金），而且在結帳時仲可以享用一次性機會購買（折扣的）Gift Vouchers 用作支付用餐當日費用（可一次用餐使用多張vouchers)，這樣的優惠，還享有附額外折讓率，夠吸引。於是朋友慶生局就選址這裡吧！3小時用餐 (1200-1500)的Weekend Brunch （last order 1430) 是以Semi Buffet 進行的，「小食及沙律」、「前菜」、「剌身」（併盤供同桌多人共享）、「主食」（4選1）、「甜品」皆是一 Round 形式的。而「卷物」、「天婦羅」及「爐端燒」皆是任點，即叫即做。基本上餐廳會將所有任點嘅食物先供應一Round給客人試菜，想翻尋味而又有胃口的可以encore (re-order), 我覺得這安排還不錯。我哋還額外加$368享用3小任飲（包括香檳、紅白酒、清酒、啤酒及其他飲料），自己

我哋還額外加$368享用3小任飲（包括香檳、紅白酒、清酒、啤酒及其他飲料），自己玩wine pairing 又另添樂趣。食物質素上乘、鮮甜美味，而服務員工（Kim)也周到，又識搞氣氛，令用餐體驗加分。👍🏻 壽星女都非常滿意安排，渡過一個非常Chill & Relax 的週末早午。用餐畢後去逛街，但晚上也都已經吃不下，飽到撐，一餐抵兩餐，物有所值🤤😋
