正！跳出旺角嘈雜，今次我揀選咗一家食店大試特色。一落座，就叫咗招牌薑蔥炒蛋及經典豆鼓炆豬手，真係期待到不得了😋！首先講返個薑蔥炒蛋，蛋香味夠晒撲鼻，炒得金黃又唔老，流沙蛋黃入口即溶，嫩滑得嚟又帶啲薑辣，簡直係開胃過癮👍🏻！而嗰個豆鼓炆豬手就更加正，肉質鬆化唔膩，豆鼓味道恰到好處，唔使耐嚼，件件肉差啲溶係口，啱晒我嘅胃口！接住，就一試店家自家滷水，咬落去啲豬耳朵嘅質感鮮嫩脆口，又有响脆嘅嚼勁，滷水香味馥郁，真係聞落已經食指大動，臘味又夠晒醇厚，一啖啖都喜出望外！呢頓中飯真係物超所值，最後仲有龍眼肉蘸醬送上，清潤解膩，確保你食完唔會太悶口，令人回味無窮！香港嘅美食真係夠晒多元化，下次我還會再來嘗多次！🍽️💖
