今日去左太子整d野,上網睇下附近有咩食。想食得無咁heavy,落雨濕濕又想食碗熱湯,咁岩就見到餃子店,係太子地道小店。平日夜晚都有唔少街坊排隊,咁應該唔會差得去邊,即刻排隊啦。最後都排左十五分鐘左右,排到熱一熱即刻要叫返枝野飲。呢度既飲品都係自家製入落個樽度,感覺無添加,而且配搭都幾養生,唔會太甜。兩個人叫左個小食拼盤share,呢度既招牌係秘製既滷水汁,色水夠但鹹味唔過分,最緊要係味道入哂食材入面! 牛𦟌真係好腍滑,而且有好多舊好足料!雞腎就較為爽口,都唔會好大陣腎味。雞翼難得滷得入味之餘d皮唔會爛哂,仲係好飽滿,肉質都係嫩既。最後加埋兩個半邊溏心蛋,蛋黃漿住口果份rich既感覺好正估唔到煎餃先黎,煎到十分脆卜卜熱辣辣,金黃色得黎又唔會浸住油芝士雖然無拉到絲,但都食得到好濃郁綿密既芝士,加埋清甜粟米粒,呢個配搭一定要係食煎餃咖喱都係另一款一定要食煎先正既口味,用上印度黃咖喱粉,香口得黎帶微辣,加埋爽口椰菜粒同豬肉,非常惹味見住呀姐雙手不停淥餃,完全唔駛睇時間,因為已經淥得好熟手,睇隻餃變色已經知幾成熟,岩岩好唔會淥爛d餃皮。畢竟呢度既餃皮都唔算好厚,仲要摺咁多花,包咁多餡到隻隻飽滿,

見住呀姐雙手不停淥餃,完全唔駛睇時間,因為已經淥得好熟手,睇隻餃變色已經知幾成熟,岩岩好唔會淥爛d餃皮。畢竟呢度既餃皮都唔算好厚,仲要摺咁多花,包咁多餡到隻隻飽滿,自己返屋企淥好驚會淥爛
湯餃除左無咁熱氣之外,味道一d都唔輸蝕。因為呢度個湯底係自家製既椰子海帶鮮雞豬骨湯底,雖然湯面有少許雞油,但煲到咁白身又濃稠,就知係真材實料

雖然係好辣既男友叫,但估唔到係我呢個唔係點食辣既人覺得麻辣好正 花椒既麻加埋少少香辣,充滿左係肉汁裡面,而白菜係呢個時候就充當住泡菜既角色,真心好食

香菇鮮肉餃都係呢度既招牌,冬菇香到咬開隻餃子第一啖已經聞到 因為無菜係個餡料既關係,肉質就比較實淨,有d似蒸肉餅既感覺啖啖肉。

本身諗住食少d carbs,所以淨係食餃子唔加麵;但係見到有咁多款口味又心思思想試多d,變左要七隻仲雙拼咁。最後一人食左十隻餃子,加埋拼盤同野飲,份量非常之夠,係街坊抵食之選
