To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 農曆年後,疫情導致work from home, 肚仔都要餵,避免親密接觸,揀間高級,少人去地方,去利園此處,比起花樣年華,枱身濶些,枱與枱距離遠點。以為少人,都有3分1,1圍大枱,有人包廳房,在這個時勢,真是唔怕交义感染。三色前菜$20,以前無這麽多款,醬油黃豆,雪菜毛豆,咸酸菜豬耳,三款賣相高質、食又高質,咸甜總相宜,猶其猪耳有麻辣味。黑松露珍珠燻溏心蛋$34,上枱用透明圓膠蓋蓋上,打開雲霧飃散,樣樣都合水準,蛋黃夠糖心,魚子夠鮮咸,蛋白薰過難滑,煙燻夠燻,但無香氣,我個人貪,好加茶葉或玫瑰燻,咁就夠韻味!雪菜黃魚煨麵$68,最抵食足料,麵滑腍,湯有魚鮮甜,都係魚賜。蟹壳黄$54,夠香口,皮鬆脆,熱烘烘,以為係菜原来葱,青葱,有熱氣,我愛臭臭,估唔到係無肉,一般有肉!銀絲卷$42,不會失望,油光顏色,外脆內軟,黃金條,內有條條粗條,麵粉香,輕煙,咁就最好!香菇素菜包$54,白菜及菌碎,包彈彈,摺痕清晰,起身。3時last order,到達時間差不多,因趕住,所以叫多咗,食剩帶走,要帶honey寶貝口罩!俾手機銀包更重要!
