To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一間上樓的台式餐廳。2層樓梯,期間為你飯前打氣。門口需按鈴方可內進,也許是為能好好安排餐桌吧~下午茶時段客人稀疏,提供的是午餐。環境精緻讓人驚訝,古典懷舊味十足。被安排到窗邊的位置,讓我感到平靜。心情關係不怎餓,叫了一份紅燒牛肉麵,要求了減麵量,份量剛好呢~湯底麵質出色,炆牛腩到位,唯獨幾件牛根一些硬一些軟所以不能給滿分就是。芭樂紅茶很香,要求了少甜仍然很甜蜜呢,但涼一點便剛好。職員算不上熱情但絕對友善啊~繁忙時段希望大家能體諒他們吧。

心情關係不怎餓,叫了一份紅燒牛肉麵,要求了減麵量,份量剛好呢~
湯底麵質出色,炆牛腩到位,唯獨幾件牛根一些硬一些軟所以不能給滿分就是。
