To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 到底香港邊到有正宗嘅北京填鴨同北京菜食?上網搵咗啲資料,北京老家係非常出名食北京菜,而且環境係超級有中國風味,所以就約咗朋友去食個晚餐。門口真係好特別 好有博物館嘅感覺,充滿濃濃嘅中國風味。枱下係有養住金魚嘅盤仔,好吸睛之外仲要好有古代風格,未食就大飽眼福打卡一流啦。麻辣土豆絲嘅土豆絲非常脆口,啖啖入口都充滿麻辣嘅醬汁,又麻又辣嘅感覺惹味又過癮作為一個前菜非常開胃。大娘燒肉餅好多餡料好厚身,外面嘅包質感似饅頭比較乾身,但餡料夠多同夠肉汁,而且味道好濃岩曬我重口味人士,完全解決咗面包乾身依個問題,好食。北京炸醬麵好濃味香口,麵身質感軟硬適中仲帶點煙un。午門面青姐係淮山炒豬頸肉,醬汁嘅味道係帶啲甜味,豬頸肉好入味同埋份量好夠多,好岩用嚟送白飯或者送酒。最尾我地哪叫咗北京填鴨,有得揀嗌全隻或半隻。皮、鴨肉、京蔥再加大匙醬料,再一啖送入口,鴨肉嘅油脂好香唔會太肥或太瘦,皮又夠薄 京蔥又可以解到膩,食多十幾塊都唔係問題。高力豆沙好甜好好味,外脆內鬆軟嘅外皮,加上入面又綿密又香嘅紅豆餡,作為一個美好嘅ending。
