Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

古色古香 居廬

每次經過太子，都會比居廬嘅門面所吸引。佢有一種古色古香嘅感覺，看來古典優雅，好想令人入去一探究竟。估唔到店舖雖然細細地，但係裏面都裝修得幾骨子，牆上幾乎每一樣物品都好有中國特色。呢一間居廬係炭烤工房，食串燒、烤物就最啱！但係有好嘢食嘅時候，點少得好嘅啤酒呢？呢款啤酒入口清香，有淡淡的小麥香味，容易入口。點左一客炸薯角，熱辣辣，脆卜卜，好香口。裡面有滿滿嘅薯茸，點埋茄汁更滋味。之後叫咗兩串燒牛舌，既有孜然粉嘅調味香，亦有微微嘅牛羶。回感帶韌勁，有咬口，都幾juicy。最後重點左呢個Pizza ,係千島醬大蝦pizza ,鍾意佢嘅批底比較薄，食落好香脆，整體都唔錯！
