To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友想食生蝦刺身，專登黎到泰國菜雲集既九龍城，試下呢間泰皇閣。中午時段有套餐，我地叫左黄咖哩豬頸肉飯，加$10要青檸沙冰，另外再叫個椰青。豬頸肉好食，青檸沙冰應該冇落糖，原汁原味，椰青清甜。生蝦刺身，肥美creamy; 馬拉盞炒椰菜苗幾好食；清邁豬肉生菜包幾辣幾惹味；雞豬肉串燒，豬肉比較出色。總括而言，呢間味道唔錯，但價錢相對貴少少。
