To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和家人晚飯,到彩福皇宴,貪其地點方便,而且裝修雅緻,非常得體。叫餸食飯,當中最喜歡這些餸菜:伴飯最佳菜色酒香腰蝦蒸蛋,全碟滿滿是蒸蛋墊底,中間都是清爽的蝦肉,而環繞著的好像是日本的櫻花蝦乾,與白飯混和吃下陪感優質,或許大小朋友都爭相添飯。燒汁松子繍球珍菌炒花姿柳,主要是甜豆與松子炒香花姿柳片,味道不太濃,小小的一口不覺油膩。還是建議大家伴飯吃最為合適。滋養桃膠燉紅蓮,清甜的糖水燉有平民燕窩之稱的桃膠,配合圓肉及紅棗燉出暖暖保身的感覺,保身又能潤燥,值得一再品嚐。欲罷不能,還外賣一客豪門巧手炒米作宵夜。連同其他餸菜,每人平均消費約200元,非常抵食。
