To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳在入口附近,所以打算吃飽飽才展開旅程。價錢在園區內與其他餐廳相若,我叫了一個lunch set ,main course 要了泰式海鮮炒飯,包餐湯,沙律,甜點和飲品,大約2百元,未加一。怎料好失望,海鮮配料很小,而且炒飯好乾,飯粒好硬,味道很淡。。木瓜沙律味道也很淡,並沒有酸酸甜甜的味道,不是正宗的泰國菜。唯一可以說不錯的,就是蕃茄忌廉湯,蕃茄味濃,也有少許蕃茄蓉。整體來說,食物質素有待進步,可能是我不好彩掛。。
