To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳我同同事一齊去試，我哋一共有七人。佢嘅特色係以粥底蒸海鮮為主，而且佢位置都好方便，就喺地鐵站附近。我哋揀咗每位419蚊嘅尊貴海鮮套餐，裡面有龍蝦、蟹、龍躉、鮑魚同埋青口等等。我哋仲另外點咗啲小菜。老實講，食物嘅味道係普通水平，冇特別突出嘅地方。不過要特別提一提嘅係最後嘅粥底，佢吸收咗海鮮嘅精華，味道都唔錯。至於服務方面，店員都好友善，態度好好。佢哋樂於助人，好好咁照顧我哋嘅需要。總結，呢間餐廳嘅粥底蒸海鮮味道普通，但係服務好好。如果你想試下新鮮嘅海鮮粥底，可以考慮嚟呢度試試。不過如果你對食物嘅味道有較高要求，可能會覺得普通啲。
