To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好幾次去東涌, 都會諗起之前有朋友講東昇樓底食又好味, 今次特地一試, 發現幻想永遠是美麗的.....3個人叫左4样:馳名燒鵝 - 表皮係脆, 但唔明點解d肉係鞋.....及深啡色囉燒腩仔 - 一般, 太興比佢好味上湯豆苗 - 一般炸生豪 - 差, d粉太厚, 炸完大過我隻手, 連格離枱d食客睇到都評論.....
