To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今曰同3位朋友去了間叫美味廚的火鍋店打邊爐,因早排有同事介紹話ok,所以決定去試下.當晚7點去到, 門一打開人都未行出己聽到(歡迎光臨)......掂到坐埋位時有一位黑衫好似部長嘅人都好有禮貌咁問想飲D咩先...(馬蹄水..酸梅湯...茶)等等,都幾多嘢,但我地都係飲啤酒爲主.可能佢地知我地會打邊爐,所以未開聲已有人落豉油(原先以為醋)及放了好多醬料落枱面.之前同事提過有個冬蔭公湯好好味,所以今次決定一試...ok--味道夠濃厚有位朋友看見張海鮮紙上有象拔蚌就提議試試......價錢都唔平.....好......大家開心....就叫了1條(個位部長都好細心問我地想切片定切條)...ok....味道都好鮮甜.叫了一碟本地牛肉(經部長推介).....掂----夠肉味----無渣..........後來再叫多2碟及後叫了一些餃子同丸子...(都幾有特色)......雖然後來都係唔多記得(太多款)蔬菜拼盆....有菜..金菇...冬菇...茄子...粟米.............抵最後叫了個烏冬及出前一丁(貴了些).當食完後D侍應好有服務..拾清張枱,又換個壺茶俾我地...當然都有問要唔要甜
