To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前菜算係最好食既野香芹黃魚羹 (每位):3.5/5,帶dd腥味,不過加完胡椒粉之後都可以接受,唔算太難飲。干扁竹筍四季豆:3.8/5,兩個字講曬,好食。醬燒茄子:3.9/5,味道啱啱好,唔太鹹,食落去有層次感,中間包住啲肉肉。弄堂菜肉雲吞(6件):3.6/5,雲吞皮夠薄,味道唔錯,不過正常好多地方都食到,冇咩特別。肉絲炒淮山麵:3.3/5,成個面冇咩肉絲,九成半都係麵,食緊嗰刻我就喺度諗:唔通啲肉絲好貴,不過好彩都算好食過平時食開嗰啲炒麵嘅。椰汁小玉兔 (4件):1.1/5,比1.1分純粹係因為佢個樣夠靚,但味道真係超級難食,仲衰過出面啲人工糖水既味道,千祈唔好叫。總結而言,整體環境同服務質素都算ok既,不過唔知係咪因為人多嘅關係,比較嘈,之後我哋要求轉出邊嘅枱,好彩又咁啱有位,先靜返少少。
