To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試業中,見新開就試下啦算抵食既,六十蚊左右有個晚餐,但好唔好食呢?試過先知飲品叫左咸檸檬梳打,我就叫左熱檸水,因為熱檸水浸得耐會苦,所以我將幾片檸檬送左比咸檸梳打,飲品正常~ 順帶一提,枱上配料都似係越南入口,幾正宗可以岩岩試業,要等十五至二十分鐘先有得食。我叫左個有蝦頭膏海鮮湯河粉,湯底ok既,但又唔算蝦膏味好出,而海鮮就食得出係雪藏,呢個價都預左係雪藏,但可以溶左雪之後比幾粒鹽醃下,因為食落完全無味,我見店主都算入中 size既蝦丫,如果完全無味就浪費左呢個size蝦既口感。而其他海鮮都一樣,無謂講。係個河粉算靚溜滑身,所以不如叫個淨河好過友人就食香茅豬扒,呢個反而有驚喜,非常juice, 亦香口,可以再食,但隻蛋老身左,脆邊係好,但依家個底變左叫老身。中規中距啦,平都要好味先有點頭客嫁!

可以岩岩試業,要等十五至二十分鐘先有得食。我叫左個有
