To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為米芝蓮所以特登過嚟試一試因為在這類嘅酒店 住咗一晚. 因為我知道呢間 很出名但係真係唔想食得太飽嘅關係叫咗個外賣, 時時去啲特色美食. 照咗四款嘢, 好認真一句所有嘢都係好食但係唔係話好特別, 除咗個腐皮卷我覺得比 其他的餐廳有特色之外其他 到 一般. 我對個腸粉特別失望因為 我諗住會非常之好食但係不外如是價錢係有少少貴但係因為米芝蓮嘅關係然後在酒店裏面都算係咁. 其實可以過嚟試試佢其他美食 如果未離過的話. 但係我覺得香港人應該要支持粵菜
