鳝糊做得比较正宗,当然系上海菜特色,浓油赤酱,偏甜。熏鱼软硬适中,酸酸甜甜,有熏制的香味。至于店家力推噶蟹粉小笼包,只能算马马虎虎,同其他店比吾算特别出色。其他北方菜例如羊肉,一般啦必要系度食咯。来上海菜馆梗系主要食上海菜啦。
