拉麵係香港就不嬲都多,呢排好似多左一鼓新潮流,就係雞白湯拉麵,本身自己係一個拉麵控,仲要加埋我最愛的雞湯,所以近排不停出動試不同餐廳的雞白湯拉麵今日趕上係餐廳落場之前入去食拉麵,食完之後餐廳都已經落左閘休息了,大家記得要3點前黎食,如果唔係要等到晚市先可以食啦,店鋪小小,可以清楚睇到製作拉麵的過程主打的就係雞白湯拉麵,如果唔食雞的朋友,都有多一種選擇,就係味噌拉麵信州白葡萄梳打 ($25)食拉麵點少得襯番樣日本飲品,白葡萄梳打果汁含量有10%,日本飲品來說算係高了餃子 ($28)餃子原來係雞軟骨餃子,實行全部食物都係雞,雞軟骨有咬口,無一般豬肉餃子食完咁飽,仲有胃口繼續食成碗拉麵雞白湯拉麵 ($78)、柚子雞白湯拉麵 ($82)兩碗的分別就係柚子雞白湯拉麵多左柚子,多左一份清新感,而雞白湯拉麵就係配上本菇,奶白色的湯底係濃濃的雞湯,但唔會濃到漿住個口,所以係可以輕鬆飲晒成碗,雞湯咁補係冬天飲就更加合適麵質煮得岩岩好,肉類除左一塊大叉燒,仲有兩塊雞肉,比一般拉麵更豐富,肉質嫩滑,不可不提的仲有粟米,以完整形態呈現,証明唔係用罐頭粟米,原來已經起晒肉方便食用
