To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇我account name就知本人好鍾意熊bear bear, 呢間熊拉麵個名深深吸引左我。剛剛收工6點,餐廳就剛剛開工,我做左呢日第一個客人。餐廳採用日式拉麵店簡約設計,店內只有兩張大枱,同一d bar 枱。拉麵款式選擇相當吸引,本人比較重口味,我揀左黑熊拉麵,湯底以黑蒜油為主調。朋友就叫左招牌熊拉麵。點餐紙上可按自己喜好選擇,例如肉想要肥/瘦义燒定角切义燒,麵既款式同硬度,要唔要調味油,要唔要走葱走木耳走肉走秘製醬之類,只要圈圈就可以。本人好奇真係有人會走肉走秘製醬嗎?🤭等餐時試左小小配菜,個芽菜好惹味啊!我既黑熊拉麵個湯底真係好黑,靜係睇已經好刺激味蕾😛,係濃濃好香既黑蒜油味呀~雖然我係點餐紙揀左健康無油,但個湯底都算油膩,話明黑蒜油唔油又點叫黑蒜油呢?朋友個招牌熊拉麵就係濃濃既豬骨湯底,食落都係好香好好味! 朋友叫左角切义燒粒,比起我個梅頭瘦义燒更方便食用,而且一樣咁好味。Anyway, 究竟呢間拉麵同熊有咩關係呢?🤪
