To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

旺角區美食林立,逛街經過見到有一間越式餐廳,進去就被牆上可愛的貓貓🐱吸引了🤩,最特別的是牆上餐牌下方是用花碼表示價格,餐廳以越南料理為主,價格也很經濟實惠。我們用餐的時段正處於下午,還有不少外國遊客到訪呢。蟹膏海鮮湯麵湯底充滿濃郁的香味,麵條可選擇軟、適中、硬3種不同的程度,湯裡還有青口、豆卜、百葉豆腐、蟹柳。因個人喜好,可選擇走蔥、走芫荽。秘製醬汁豬頸肉豬頸肉的份量很足,烤的程度剛好,不會太焦,配上甜酸醬,味道一。薄切鹽燒牛肉手卷牛肉烤過的帶點鹹味,紙卷捲着牛肉和蔬菜,點上醬汁就像一口撈檬,非常開胃。富士山🗻🥤外型像極了富士山,飲品裡加了蝶豆花和梳打水,味道十分清新,打卡一流。
