嚟咗觀塘區返工之後,一直想周圍覓食,識下唔同餐廳。呢晚終於俾我搵到另外三位識食之人,同我一齊試下一間潮式打冷。佢哋嘅招牌菜有潮汕滷水、傳統潮州手工菜同各式各樣嘅特色湯羹、小菜。我哋會揀佢,因為佢完美將懷舊潮菜同新派元素結合,令無食開潮式料理嘅人,都可以更容易接受;好適合三五知己聚腳。餐牌內的滷水鵝肉感受拼盤是必吃的,眼見每枱都點最少一碟😋蒜香竹炭脆豆腐也不錯,下次再光顧都會再點👍 甜品:當然唔少得反沙芋同紅棗糕啦,芋頭有芋頭香,紅棗糕味道剛剛好,中間軟硬適中。
