成日都講話要試Associazione Chianti嘅Fiorentina, 終於搵咗個特別日子試試佢 Menu選擇唔算多, 侍應建議share食嘅話可以Antipasto, Primi, Macellaio, Contorno各一款, 不過我地食量唔大, 就捨棄咗Primi (First Main, 即係pasta類), 2個Antipasti, 1個Macellaio, 1個Contorno同1個甜品, 甜品比pasta重要落單之前送上香草麵包同蘿蔔青瓜, 個dipping sauce幾creamy, 橄欖油加鹽比陳醋更顯麵包牛油香 Carne Cruda / 托斯卡尼牛肉他他配 Carta di Musica 脆餅Carne Cruda指生肉, 即埸加入香草碎、蔥粒、乾蔥粒、芥辣、鹽同黑椒, 攪拌完加入脆餅伴碟, 純小麥嘅香脆加埋少少鹹嘅生牛肉香, 調味同平時嘅Beef Tartare非常唔同Salumi Misti / 精選意式火腿 - 中規中矩嘅cold cutsBistecca alla Fiorentina / 1000克厚切佛羅倫斯T骨牛扒 - 切開前會畀你先打卡影相

Bistecca alla Fiorentina / 1000克厚切佛羅倫斯T骨牛扒 - 切開前會畀你先打卡影相, 唔好睇佢外表好焦黑, 入面仍然非常粉嫩juicy, 經過12-20日熟成後肉味更濃, 外層滿滿醃料經大火燒到焦脆, 喜歡炭火香一定要食邊位, 西冷肉味濃郁有嚼勁, T骨另一邊牛柳位好軟稔有奶香, 貴但極之出色

如果閣下係牛魔王, 我就唔建議3位或以上分享, 呢到2個人啱啱好夠滿足🤭

經餐廳"Wine guy"推薦, 冇揀到Chianti, 反而呢支意大利 Stefano Amerighi Cortona Syrah 2017,  唔似一般syrah, 偏full bodied同黑莓果香, 中段有D木同朱古力味, 單寧同餘韻適中, 同牛扒十分襯

最後有送到Biscotti (意式杏仁脆餅)同2款餐後酒,  想甜就黃色嘅自家製Limoncello(檸檬酒),  想帶苦回甘就Amaro(草本苦酒), 店員講笑話苦酒同人生差唔多, 都係有苦有甜, 共勉之😉
Other Info. : 唯一要吐糟就係酒杯太厚🤣
