To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不知不覺又到秋季了,又到了大閘蟹成熟的時候了!每年這個時候都會有大量的大閘蟹放題出現,而富臨也是挺多人選擇吃放題的地方之一,現在就已經提供了大閘蟹放題套餐可選了!對於我這個非常喜歡吃大閘蟹的,吃放題就真的可以一次吃過癮!大閘蟹放題(498元/人)大閘蟹有三種不同的煮法,分別是最傳統的清蒸,鹹香的油鹽焗和酒香的花雕蒸。個人喜歡油鹽焗,味道會香甜,但這個是放題的話,建議吃清蒸會戰鬥力高點!而大閘蟹全都是公蟹,差不多2—3兩左右。現在是剛剛開季,大閘蟹的情況還沒到最好的狀態,不過蟹黃還是挺飽滿的,質感像流沙奶黃,蟹黃味道挺鮮甜滑嫩的,蟹肉細嫩清甜,外殼脆,內殼較軟,吃起來比較容易!不過有些人很喜歡的白膏的就還沒有,要再等一下!套餐內有每位一份的餐點,分別有綿滑的金湯小米燴燕窩,濃香爽滑的蠔皇原隻鮑魚,鮮味十足的蟹粉扒豆苗和鹹香惹味的欖角骨。個人挺喜歡欖角骨,口感爽滑彈牙,味道香濃!另外還有任食的菜單。而主角一定就是片皮鴨了,配上青瓜,京蔥搭配上甜酸醬一起吃,吃起來皮脆肉嫩的,片皮鴨的質素挺不錯,還是任食的!其他還有主食,小食,涼菜和甜品,選擇不算很多,不過質素都挺高的!個人挺喜歡這裡的臘味糯

另外還有任食的菜單。而主角一定就是片皮鴨了,配上青瓜,京蔥搭配上甜酸醬一起吃,吃起來皮脆肉嫩的,片皮鴨的質素挺不錯,還是任食的!

其他還有主食,小食,涼菜和甜品,選擇不算很多,不過質素都挺高的!個人挺喜歡這裡的臘味糯米飯,吃起來鹹香軟糯,臘味挺多的!泡椒鳳瓜和沙薑豬腳也挺肥美大隻的,口感爽滑,味道清爽。
