To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期一晚同親友約好來富城薈食咗個優惠套餐，一來到不用等位，已經有服務員來招待，態度友善，笑容滿面，坐得舒服。可能時間都早，七點左右，點了個餐，飲下茶一陣，好快就已經出菜了，小炒菠蘿咕嚕肉有鑊氣好好味，燒雞脆卜卜， 燒味拼盤有燒鵝好味，燒腩仔真係正肥瘦 適中，义燒舊舊都係淋， 蝦球伊麵大大碟， 蒸魚又新鮮又滑。又不會食一碟等一碟，一先來齊四個菜，最後因為魚是新鮮擋即叫即蒸所以就遲一些來，我地四個人都話好食，直得再來。

幾年後諗住比機會佢，點知啲阿姐都依然係咁無禮貌。。。。。唔止1個係咁，幾個阿姐都係咁今日剛到坐底無耐突然之間想搬走我地張櫈，唔理有無人坐又唔問一聲。。。隔離有熟客要櫈你就比佢？ 唔洗理我地？我地都係客姐落單點左個馬蹄糕等咗好耐都未有，其他野都食完，再追問佢先話無，？？？落單個時你地明知無又唔講聲，重大聲夾惡無就無啦，今日乜乜乜都無，我唔係你地「完工」我真係唔會知囉以後呢間真係不了，比周圍其他酒樓都貴，又唔特別好食，又要受氣

因為屋企人住中西區 ，正當我頭痕中西區嘅中式食肆， 突然畀我搵到呢一間 酒家。我記得佢以前係好似桃園酒家，不過而家改咗名叫富城薈 。由於第一次咁就試下呢間嘅質素。 新年期間晚市餸菜可揀嘅款式唔多，不過今次就試咗佢嘅星斑1味兩食 ，價錢唔算貴!煮出嚟既 嘢食夠鑊氣， 味道唔會太鹹太淡， 餸菜嘅份量都頗大碟， 我屋企人都食得好滿意! 初六個晚其實客人唔算多，可能位置比較偏僻， 街外人唔識黎。 不過我覺得呢間酒樓性價比算高， 將來再約屋企人食飯都會嚟呢間酒家。

和味鮑魚伴秋葵鮑魚爽口彈牙，最緊要嘅係炆到軟硬啱啱好，一咬就咬得開！冰鎮嘅秋葵口感爽脆，調味方面係醬油同蒜蓉，簡單又好味😋明爐極品燒鵝皇燒鵝例牌份量都幾多喎，仲有大大隻嘅燒鵝髀可以食😆一上枱隻燒鵝係熱辣辣嘅燒鵝皮酥脆，燒鵝肉好入味點埋酸梅醬食一啲都唔覺得膩😚仲可以食到兩碗飯！流沙奶皇包即叫即蒸嘅奶皇包最後上枱！一撕開個奶皇包就聞到好香甜嘅奶味😋食落除咗有奶香外，仲有鹹蛋黃味！軟熟嘅饅頭包裹住多到就嚟流出嚟嘅奶皇😉當呢個包點做甜品，呢餐相當滿足！富城薈 (西環)西環皇后大道西409號怡景花園地下
