Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不知不覺又到秋季了,又到了大閘蟹成熟的時候了!每年這個時候都會有大量的大閘蟹放題出現,而富臨也是挺多人選擇吃放題的地方之一,現在就已經提供了大閘蟹放題套餐可選了!對於我這個非常喜歡吃大閘蟹的,吃放題就真的可以一次吃過癮!大閘蟹放題(498元/人)大閘蟹有三種不同的煮法,分別是最傳統的清蒸,鹹香的油鹽焗和酒香的花雕蒸。個人喜歡油鹽焗,味道會香甜,但這個是放題的話,建議吃清蒸會戰鬥力高點!而大閘蟹全都是公蟹,差不多2—3兩左右。現在是剛剛開季,大閘蟹的情況還沒到最好的狀態,不過蟹黃還是挺飽滿的,質感像流沙奶黃,蟹黃味道挺鮮甜滑嫩的,蟹肉細嫩清甜,外殼脆,內殼較軟,吃起來比較容易!不過有些人很喜歡的白膏的就還沒有,要再等一下!套餐內有每位一份的餐點,分別有綿滑的金湯小米燴燕窩,濃香爽滑的蠔皇原隻鮑魚,鮮味十足的蟹粉扒豆苗和鹹香惹味的欖角骨。個人挺喜歡欖角骨,口感爽滑彈牙,味道香濃!另外還有任食的菜單。而主角一定就是片皮鴨了,配上青瓜,京蔥搭配上甜酸醬一起吃,吃起來皮脆肉嫩的,片皮鴨的質素挺不錯,還是任食的!其他還有主食,小食,涼菜和甜品,選擇不算很多,不過質素都挺高的!個人挺喜歡這裡的臘味糯米飯,吃起來鹹香軟糯,臘味挺多的!泡椒鳳瓜和沙薑豬腳也挺肥美大隻的,口感爽滑,味道清爽。 continue reading

又到蟹季😋每年得咁短時間可以食到膏蟹🥹。次次食兩三隻又食得唔過癮。最好就係食大閘蟹放題,一次過食蟹食到飽🦀 舊年揀咗間日式火鍋食大閘蟹放題,點知10隻起碼有三隻係唔新鮮。今次專登揀間酒樓食✌🏻果然冇令我失望🫶🏻唔單止蟹新鮮,而且佢仲有三種口味可以選。分別係清蒸、鹽焗、花雕蒸。三隻口味我都試咗,其實三隻都好食。鍾意重口味小小嘅可以揀鹽焗。一啲都唔食得腥嘅可以揀花雕蒸。鍾意原汁原味嘅就揀清蒸。三隻口味都好正😍 大閘蟹餐裏便仲包咗每位一盅金湯小米會燕窩、蠔皇原隻鮑魚、蟹粉扒豆苗、回味欖角骨。呢個欖角骨係超級好味,我自己都幾乎食咗一大碟。除此之外,點餐紙上所有嘅嘢都係任食。佢哋個金陵片皮鴨都好正。鴨皮脆香,肥瘦適中,點梅子醬包裹香蔥。青瓜再加一層薄皮。一啲都唔膩。我自己都食咗一份。大概有八片😋其實食咗我以上講嘅菜式,再食小小主食、涼菜、甜品、再飲少少飲品已經飽到郁唔到。 continue reading
