To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日好想食烤魚,不過多數都係辣的。我不是不吃辣,但見到咁濃味又有d驚。上到黎呢度,原來有唔辣的選擇。我選了金牌蒜香味。魚主角選了鯇魚($238)。伴個稻庭烏冬和響鈴(各$28)。另外習慣打邊爐有牛,見到鹿兒島黑毛和牛做特價($98)也點了一份。等了十分鐘左右,食材陸續送上。烤魚最後出場。原條開邊鯇魚放在薄鍋正中。身上鋪滿大量碎蒜及蔥,湯汁內亦放有多粒蒜子。顔色、賣相、香味都非常吸引。我一口氣切了一大段放到自己的碗裡去。吃鯇魚時要很小心,慢慢將細骨挑出來。剛好弄熟的魚肉,肉質非常嫩滑,連碎蒜一口吃下極為美味。黑毛和牛看起比較肥,脂肪比例較多。想不到口感極爽,沒有肥膩感,而且有香濃牛肉味。吃到這裡其實已經很飽(以上份量兩人食)。不過也要吃點菜和烏冬才均勻。將烏冬稍煮一會,湯汁就充分滲透令烏冬變色,每條都吸收了滿滿的精華。食完竟然還有甜品、生果附送呢。那碗桂花甜品幾特別,鼻涕與啫喱之間的口感,泡在甜甜的桂花糖水中,味道其實也不錯。
