走進這家串燒店，酒香和牛味已經四溢。我點了時令活魚，伊助木的肉質真係非常嫩滑，炙一炙就滲出鮮甜的汁液，真係惹味到不得了🐟。然後係牛舌，肉質爽口至極，啖啖肉香，真係正！牛沙瓜方面，口感清新得嚟又有嚼勁，幾驚喜。牛骨髓真係正中下懷，入口即化，滑到爆炸。個蝦夷蔥牛肉卷做得好有層次，咬落脆口蔥味渾然天成，而且牛肉咁juicy，真係過癮。再嚟個鹹牛肉明太子照燒山芋，味道協調到不得了，相當滿足。接住係牛格肌SET，一字排開一啲一啲嚟試，由芝麻味道淡到Wasabi味道重，個過程好似品酒咁享受。最後呢個鹹牛肉明太子燒飯團，脆脆地一口咬落去，鮮味明太子同咸香牛肉撞出新火花，我滿分推介👍🍙。這晚嘅美味，你有無試過先？下次想食牛，記住黎呢度轉轉🔥！
