To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟不同的人吃過「甘味讚岐手打烏冬」幾次,想不到最近又有同事邀我去午膳。雖然初五不是紅假,但 lunch set 仍然暫停供應。印象中「甘味」的食物水準一般,還是保守吃一個「吉列豬扒蕃茄湯底烏冬」吧。吉列豬扒賣相不錯,炸得香脆,可是豬扒肉甚為單薄,沒有咬口。蕃茄湯底很稀,只有兩三片蕃茄,一點蕃茄蓉也沒有。而且顏色很深,可能是下了茄膏。烏冬一般,吃不出手打應有的彈牙感。份量足夠,還算值回 ~$40 的價錢。座位舒適,裝修明亮,店員服務有禮,如果加茶的次數密一點會更好。
