To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為家人喺時代廣場返工,所以揀左鍾廚食生日飯。之前同公司同事黎飲茶都唔錯,所以試下晚飯如何。呢度有4人餐同8人餐,個菜單都唔錯,唔算貴,銅鑼灣黎講價錢幾合理,而且呢度免茶芥免加一。由於本人唔好魚翅,所以決定散叫。是日晚餐: 鐵板叉燒,燒雞,龍蝦伊面,冬瓜盅,冰鎮咕嚕肉,黃金蝦,腰果牛柳粒,清蒸老虎班,西蘭花炒帶子同埋壽包。龍蝦伊面: 以呢個價錢,有啲失望,因為龍蝦唔新鮮,同埋師傅好懶唔斬件,只係開邊,似比2個人食甘。冰鎮咕嚕肉: 招牌菜,外脆內軟,粒粒都係肉,無骨無乜肥膏,必叫之選,正。黃金蝦: 啲蝦新鮮爽口彈牙,豉油炒得好香,好味。腰果牛柳粒: 不俗,只係有幾粒有啲筋,多數都好林,味道幾好。西蘭花炒帶子: 帶子都幾大隻,炒得好出色,西蘭花有咬口,帶子岩岩熟,正。老虎班: 由於當晚無大條嘅,職員都主動同我地講聲先去蒸,都幾負責任,服務唔錯。最後甜品,壽包。包身軟熟,大小剛剛好,蓮蓉好味控制得好好,所以清晒。總括: 小炒水準不俗,只係晚飯有限時,有少少美中不足。但可以接受,下次會再幫襯。

老虎班: 由於當晚無大條嘅,職員都主動同我地講聲先去蒸,都幾負責任,服務唔錯。

最後甜品,壽包。包身軟熟,大小剛剛好,蓮蓉好味控制得好好,所以清晒。

總括: 小炒水準不俗,只係晚飯有限時,有少少美中不足。但可以接受,下次會再幫襯。
