同一班舊同學揀咗去割烹櫓杏聚舊,呢次嘅聚餐係因為大家都好耐冇見,所以決定出來聚一聚。 我哋點咗佢哋嘅set menu呢個牛腸鍋可以講係今晚晚餐嘅主角 我哋都好期待 湯底熬得有啲濃,牛腸充滿膠質+熱辣辣嘅湯底,一啖一啖食真係好好味鰻魚同青瓜配土佐酢 睇落呢個鰻魚同青瓜配土佐酢係好普通,食落去青瓜好爽脆。柔滑嘅鰻魚+土佐酢嘅酸味,真係好 開胃。 黒松露茶碗蒸 茶碗蒸蛋香好香,滑溜溜嘅茶碗蒸同黑松露逐一送入口,真係好絲滑 黑松露與茶碗蒸嘅絲滑口感 真係完美融合🤤炭焼鶏鶏頸肉 呢個係我哋食過最正嘅燒烤啦!炭燒嘅香氣濃烈,仲有嗰個鶏頸肉外皮焦香脆口,入面卻柔軟多汁!
