To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同隔離間自助餐啲嘢食味都好相似，個人嚟講覺得幾唔錯，又無話好特別。不過呢到啲中菜擺盤好精緻，而且個氣氛好高級，店員嘅服務態度都真係酒店級，所以成餐都食得好滿意，有賓至如歸嘅感覺。望落去好似好名貴嘅鮑魚，食落就唔係太有驚喜，但都係成餐最難忘嘅菜式。個叉燒都好靚，食落去都唔錯嘅。成個餐有好多嘢食，仲有魚，、雞、菜、豆腐、炒麵等等，中菜有嘅嘢佢都有齊晒，所以真係好飽。我地叫左支酒，職員成日嚟同我地斟，好有禮貌！
