To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. ✨明爐蜜汁叉燒($238)
叉燒喺餐廳叫另一款招牌菜,就咁望落較平時嘅叉燒大塊,外層塗上咗厚厚嘅蜜汁,令人垂涎三尺🤤 叉燒牛落比想像中細滑,肥瘦度適中,係油膩感同嫩滑度中做到巧妙嘅平衡。

✨ 春風得意脆皮腸粉($68)
春風得意腸係其中一款我最愛嘅腸粉,但就唔係每間茶樓都有得食。 逸東軒嘅春風得意腸外層嘅腸粉口感細滑, 包裹住新鮮炸起嘅蝦春卷,軟滑同香脆嘅口感係口腔融為一體,我覺得唔洗點任何醬料已經非常好食。

✨ 帶子蒸燒賣($65)
呢款帶子蒸燒賣都幾比到驚喜我!燒賣嘅上層係原粒帶子,為成個味道增添左一點鮮味😋燒賣嘅豬肉並冇平時食到嘅果種油膩口感,混入左蝦肉令成個感覺更清爽。

✨ 脆皮流沙包($58)
流沙包算係我飲茶必點嘅點心之一,但脆皮流沙包我就第一次食到🤤廚師以炸饅頭嘅做法處理流沙包,食落口感外脆內軟,入面仲有流心嘅奶皇醬❤️非常好味。
