我地因為book 左個朗廷酒店「零」房價限時優惠嘅package 所以有呢個機會用dining credit 係呢間米芝蓮三星-唐閣食lunch!食過就知果然名不虛傳😋-🌟筍尖鮮蝦餃(4件) ($108)蝦餃皮好薄有咬口,唔會話太腍太削啲蝦又大又鮮甜,隻隻都爽口彈牙🦐不過啲蝦太大隻唔係好食到筍味😂-🌟XO醬煎腸粉 ($88)佢真係巔覆左我哋對炒腸粉嘅概念😂依個腸粉炒到好似炸腸粉咁脆卜卜炒得乾身唔油膩仲索晒啲XO醬🤤XO醬唔會好辣 以鮮味為主 老少咸宜鐘意混醬嘅朋友仲可以撈埋麻醬和甜醬一齊食😝-🌟釀焗鮮蟹蓋 ($210/隻)雖然蟹蓋得1個🦀但入面其實用左幾隻蟹拆肉整成蟹肉+洋蔥+忌廉好creamy😋而且啲蟹肉仲係一梳梳好有口感再加少少喼汁一齊食會有另一番風味-🌟北京片皮鴨(兩食) ($880)平日食片皮鴨好怕隻鴨好肥因為太肥就會好漏包唔到好多卷鴨黎食但呢個唔會好膩 而且嗰主角鴨皮烤得好甘香🤤-🌟鴨肉旬粒生菜包兩食嘅第二味 有幾款可以揀但為左食得落之後幾餐我哋叫左冇咁heavy嘅生菜包師傅刀功好👍🏻啲旬粒切到同鴨粒一樣大小鴨肉烤完再炒旬粒都唔會好韌-環境有私人空間,用布簾營造出包廂嘅感覺服
